Policy

Southeast Asian Studies is an open access journal which means that all content is freely available without charge to the user or their institution. Users are allowed to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of the articles in this journal without asking prior permission from the publisher or the author. This is in accordance with the BOAI definition of open access.

This Southeast Asian Studies (SEAS) website is managed by the Editorial Committee of Southeast Asian Studies. This site can be used in accordance with the site policy guidelines below.

All content on this site (documents, photos, maps, data and other resources) are the property of the Center for Southeast Asian Studies (CSEAS), Kyoto University. CSEAS prohibits use of any materials for secondary use without prior consent (replication, reprint, alteration, public dissemination and translation).

CSEAS ensures that content on this site is accurate, but assumes no responsibility for authenticity of said content. SEAS is not responsible for any damage that may be caused as a result of the use of this site.
